Beef 'n noodle casserole

- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- sliced green onion - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/3 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
How to make beef 'n noodle casserole:
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, saute onions and green peppers in butter until tender. Add beef and cook until no longer pink. Drain excess fat. In a medium bowl, combine tomato paste and sour cream. Stir in noodles and cottage cheese. Layer half the noodle mixture in 2-quart casserole. Top with half the beef mixture. Repeat. Pour tomato sauce evenly over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
