- butter
- cans whole green chilies Ortega Brand, rinsed, seeded and chopped - 2 item
- cans Le Sueur White Shoepeg Corn, drained - 4 oz
How to make corn casserole:
In a saucepan over heat, make a smooth sauce with cream cheese, milk, butter and garlic salt. Remove from heat and stir in green chilies and corn. Pour in buttered 8 x 12-inch Pyrex casserole. Dot liberally with more butter. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes at 150°. You can also bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
