Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- semi-sweet chocolate - 2 sq
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter
- water - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- Filling: chocolate pudding
How to make cream puffs:
Filling: chocolate pudding Cool Whip Glaze:2 Tbsp. butter2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk Bring water and butter to boil. Add flour and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time and mix well. Form into mounds and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.For glaze, melt butter and chocolate. Add powdered sugar and milk. Add more milk if needed to make drizzle consistency.
Cut tops off puff; pull out doughy dough. Fill with chocolate pudding; then a dollop of Cool Whip; put on top of each puff. Drizzle chocolate over all. Refrigerate.
