- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
How to make cream puffs:
Put water and butter in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil until butter melts and cool. Add flour and boil again for 1 minute and cool again. Then add eggs, one at a time, beating well. With a spoon, drop on a cookie sheet that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350° to 400° for 45 minutes or until light brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
