Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/2 item
- 4 1/2 oz - 2 c
- box lemon cake mix other flavored cake mix may be used - 1 1/2
How to make lemon whippersnappers:
Grease cookie sheets. Combine dry cake mix, Cool Whip and egg in a bowl. Stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar. Roll to coat. Place 1 1/2-inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes until light golden brown. Cool. Makes about 4 dozen.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, For large groups, 5 ingredients or less.
