Cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• carton sour cream - 1 oz
• shortening - 1/2 c
• graham crackers, crumbled - 1 pkg

How to make cheesecake:

Mix together graham crackers, sugar and shortening; pat down into 8 to 9-inch baking pan. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and eggs and pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, then cool. When cool, mix sour cream, vanilla and sugar and spread on top. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve cooled either plain or with fresh fruit topping.
