Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- oleo - 1 c
- juice of 1 lemon
- Bake until brown
- Bake 25 minutes
How to make dutch three-layer cookies:
Mix and put in a 9-inch square pan. Bake until brown.Second Layer:2 c. brown sugar4 eggs1 c. coconut1 c. chopped nuts2 Tbsp. flour1/2 tsp. baking powder Place on top of first layer. Bake 25 minutes.Third Layer:2 Tbsp. oleo1 c. powdered sugar juice of 1 lemon Cream oleo; add powdered sugar and juice of lemon and beat. Pour over second layer while hot. When cool, cut into squares.
